The Purpose of This Website
The protection and fate of children depends consequentially on state action and laws. States vary widely in their approaches and some have been markedly successful in their enactments and their implementation. It is crucial to know what works, and successful approaches warrant replication. This web site is intended to facilitate cross consultation and to stimulate statutes to maximally serve our children–our common and crucial legacy.
